indulab Animal Care Unit intensive care in a controlled atmosphere

Injured and operated animals are particularly sensitive to hypothermia, shock and range of post-operative complications. The indulab Animal Care Unit provides a warm and controlled atmosphere to give your patients the best possible chance of recovery. It is primarily built for cats and small to quite large-sized dogs.

 

The unit is robust, compact and easy to use. A safety built in heating installation with thermostat heats the air in the animal room up. Filtered warm air is circulating softly and evenly through the cage. A Temperature Controller provides a visual display of the current temperature and maintains your desired temperature in the unit. Each Unit is fitted with a separate quick connection to supply oxygen from bottles or from oxygen concentrators. But with the addition, that oxygen is flowing unmeasured and unregulated in the cage and has to be controlled manually.

 

Whereas the optional module Code No. ACU-S is offering a perfect oxygen control and regulation. The separate display allows to control the oxygen level and to set the desired oxygen lebel within the cage. Additional sterile humidity or medicaments can be supplied through a separate ultrasonic nebulizer. Extra openings for humidity supply, infusion tubes etc. can be added on the front door of the unit.
