Complete with the MultiMagic de-capper. This unit automatically removes 18 caps at once, overturns the crate, empties the bottles and prepares them for washing - all at the touch of a button. Caps (any Tecniplast cap regardless of the sipper tube length) are automatically collected at the bottom of the sink in a mesh drawer and subsequently processed through the washer within the same holding unit.

 

Index tunnel bottle washer

Featuring siliding doors (suitable for pass-through applications). Features individual wash jets and an indexing conveyor to direct crates through the washer from the loading to the unloading area where they await filling. IWT crates holding 18 bottles each are processed in pairs in a 2 to 3 minute wash cycle. A PLC controller, with a simple touch screen interface, is provided for extra safety and flexibility during operation.

 

Filling Station

Featuring plastic "L" runners to allow smooth and quiet movement of crates. Bottle filling is initiated automatically once both crates are correctly positioned. Extra work-surface at both ends provides additional buffer capacity for crates.
