Bottle washer Series 100
This type of machine offers high-speed through-put and ensures complete cleaning and disinfection of plastic bottles. These units are manufactured entirely from polished AISI 304 stainless steel and plastic materials resistant to both the working temperatures and the chemical / sanitising solution that may be used. Our unique two minute wash and rinse cycle is based on rotating spry arms with stainless steel nozzles. The bottle washers are available as a single-door configuration or as a double-door entry with an optional pneumatic system, interlock system ideal for a pass-trough application in a barrier facility. The simple and compact control panel, placed on the front below door level, allows easy setting of working parameters and is complete with wash and rinse water temperature displays.
Bottle Filling Station Series 100
Purpose designed for the efficient and uniform automatic filling of drinking bottles, the IWT Filling Stations are manufactured of AISI 304 stainless steel and durable low friction plastics. All electrical components are to IP55 standard and contained within an IP55 stainless steel enclosure positioned on the front below working height. The units are equipped with either one or two 24-nozzle adjustable manifolds to suit the same bottle crates that are used in the IWT 100 series Bottle Washer. The plastic guides are of low friction durable laminate, which allows ease of movement of bottle crates across its surface. The unit can be fitted with a wall mounted high-efficiency water filtration battery.

The increased use of bottles and caps places a considerable demand on the staff of any medium to large animal facility. Concerns such as staffing levels, increasing cage and bottle washing and reducing costs of operation must all be addressed. A dedicated in-line integrated bottle processing station could provide the answer to this problem. The combination of a bottle-emptying table and an in-line washing and filling station can release staff from many of the physical and repetitive tasks of lifting and moving heavy bottle crates. This integrated station can be formatted in a "straight" work-flow pattern or an "L" configuaration, depending upon washing room lay-out and working procedures. In both cases, the heart of the system is a special right to left pass-through bottle washer which is capable of processing large numbers of bottles.
